Customer Requirements & Challenges
The facility sought a durable solution capable of producing up to 25–30 liquid fertilizer blends using powder-based nutrients, including nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus, Sulphur and other trace elements. The system needed to maintain efficiency during continuous operation while handling liquids of varying densities and concentrations.
Our Solutions
EBARA’s 3LS design allows motor upsizing or impeller reduction to handle heavier liquids without overload. Its stub-shaft layout enables wet-end replacement without full disassembly, reducing downtime. Constructed in 316L stainless steel, the 3LS offers strong corrosion resistance and reliable performance, ensuring stable fertilizer production with excellent cost efficiency.
